Individual and Group Case Consultations & Supervision for Educators

Are you facing challenges supporting students with diverse learning needs in your classroom? Our experienced occupational therapists (OTs) provide individual and group case consultations designed to help educators and integration staff address specific classroom challenges and develop practical, effective solutions.

  • Individual Consultations: Work one-on-one with an OT to discuss individual student needs, explore strategies for improving engagement and participation, and problem-solve specific classroom challenges. Individual consultations and supervision allow staff to learn from each other’s experiences with the input of OTs.
  • Group Consultations/Supervision: Join other educators to benefit from collaborative problem-solving, peer support, and continuous learning. Our group supervision sessions, facilitated by OTs, provide a platform to share experiences, explore new approaches, and refine teaching practices to better support all students.

This program offers practical solutions for everyday challenges. It provides a range of useful strategies to help teachers address common classroom challenges more effectively. By implementing these solutions, educators can:

  • Reduce stress by learning new approaches to create a more relaxed environment.
  • Increase support by accessing practical resources and support to meet students’ needs more effectively.
  • Enhance productivity by streamlining processes and improving efficiency in the classroom.
  • Unlock students’ potential by creating a more engaging, cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Key features of our program include collaborative problem-solving, peer support, and continuous learning to explore new strategies and approaches to improving teaching practice. Participating in this rogram gives you the tools and knowledge you need to create a more effective and enjoyable classroom experience.
