Allie graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences and Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice in 2019.
She has experience in adult mental health including neuropsychiatric rehabilitation for adults, as well as acute care for adults. She has a keen interest in working with children to develop fine and gross motor skills and address sensory processing difficulties.
During her studies, she had the unique opportunity to complete a placement abroad in Canada for adult spinal cord injury rehabilitation. Through this experience she was exposed to vast cultural differences, encouraging the importance of utilising a holistic approach to practice and involving the family throughout therapy.
In her spare time, she loves pursuing thrill-seeking activities, going on adventures and travelling the world. She is looking forward to working with you and your child to help you feel empowered and supported in enabling your child to achieve their goals!
