Important Information About NDIS Funding for Products
Some of the toys and resources we sell may not be eligible for purchase using NDIS funding. For these items to be approved, they must already be listed in your NDIS plan.

If you believe that having these resources at home could act as a replacement support — meaning they could replace or reduce the need for a particular funded therapy or support — you will need to complete our request form for approval before using NDIS funds.

What is a replacement support?
A replacement support is something that takes the place of another NDIS-funded service or item, while still helping you achieve the goals in your plan. For example, a therapy tool that allows you to continue practising skills at home instead of in a therapy session.
