    • This program is designed for children to develop their emotional regulation skills, and incorporates aspects of the Zones of Regulation program.
  • Happy Hands & Fit Fingers (3-5 year olds)
    • This program is designed to build children’s fine motor skills, in preparation for school and everyday activities.
  • Picky Pickers Play (3-4 year olds, and 5-8 year olds) *Please note – This program will run through Term 2 & the mid year School Holidays*
    • This program is designed for fussy eaters to support the creation of a positive relationship with people and food, whilst making food fun!
  • Worry Woos (5-9 year olds)
    • This program is designed to develop children’s ability to identify and respond to emotions, in particular worry, through stories and activities.
  • Lego Legends (5-7 year olds, and 8-10 year olds)
    • A social skills program that utilises the medium of Lego to teach children how to best work with others in a group environment whilst also promoting motor skill development.    
  • Crafternoons (6-9 year olds, and 10-15 year olds)
    •   This is a social skill program for children who love craft and would like to be involved in a fun program to develop skills such as initiating conversation, making new friends and being flexible in team activities. 
  • The Contenders (11-15 year olds)
    • This program is designed to develop children’s cooperation, problem solving, compromise, and perspective taking skills in a social setting. 

Parenting Workshops

  • Tuning Into Teens – Parenting Program
    • This program is designed to support and help parents teach their teenage children to control, understand, and express their emotions in a healthy and positive way. Tuning into teens helps parents recognise, understand, and respond to their teenagers emotions, which in turn helps them manage their one emotions.
  • Circle of Security – Early Intervention Program of Parents & Children
    • Circle of Security Parenting seeks to strengthen attachment relationships between caregivers and children. While the program predominantly focuses on infants and younger children, the concepts are suitable for caregivers of children of all ages.
