  • Happy Hands & Fit Fingers (3 – 5 year olds)
    • This program is designed to build children’s fine motor skills, in preparation for school and everyday activities.
  • Little Highway Heroes (4-6 year olds)
    • This is a social and emotional group program, that teaches little children how to make and keep friends, develop empathy, and learn the skills to calm down. It also addresses tough stuff like teasing, silliness, and bossiness.
  • Picky Pickers Play (3-4 year olds, and 5-8 year olds)
    • This program is designed for fussy eaters to support the creation of a positive relationship with people and food, whilst making food fun!
  • Brave Girls (Girls 5-6 year olds)
    • This term focuses on social skill development, in particular verbal and non-verbal communication, such as gestures, facial expressions, and body language.
  • Lego Legends (5-10 year olds)
    • A social skills program that utilises the medium of Lego to teach children how to best work with others in a group environment whilst also promoting motor skill development.    
  • Courageous Little Ladies (Girls 6 – 7 year olds)
    • This term focuses on skills to develop resilience.
  • FabulousFriendships (Girls 7 – 8 year olds)
    • This term focuses on skills to be a positive communicator with others to strengthen friendships and relationships with others. 
  • Steering my Feelings (7-9 year olds)
    • This is an emotional regulation program which utilises concepts from the Zones of Regulation, to teach children to identify their triggers and use effective coping strategies.
  • Crafternoons (Girls 10-15 year olds)

  • Sports Unlimited (13+ years old)
    • This program focuses on the skills required to participate and engage in team sports. Participants will develop an understanding of key concepts and game skills in different sport.

Parenting Workshops

  • Tuning In To Kids – Parenting Program
    • The program aims to teach parents and carers skills in recognising, understanding and managing their own and their children’s emotions.
  • Circle of Security – Early Intervention Program of Parents & Children
    • Circle of Security Parenting seeks to strengthen attachment relationships between caregivers and children. While the program predominantly focuses on infants and younger children, the concepts are suitable for caregivers of children of all ages.
